Requirements:

• At least 1 year project management experience in nonprofit, school and/or ethnic minorities service fields with proven track records;

• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;

• Ability to read and speak English and simple Cantonese;

• Proficient in computer operations; and

• Preferably have experience in children services.

• Preference will be given to candidates who are able to speak Nepali, Urdu. Punjabi, or other ethnic minority languages.

 

Duties:

• Support school liaison, scheduling, meeting arrangements, materials preparation, and clerical work;

• Assist in programme preparation, coordination, logistics, records, and operational arrangements;

• Provide direct support to non-Chinese speaking students;

• Help prepare promotional or educational materials;

• Support activity logistics and operational arrangements; and

• Other duties as assigned.

Working Hour:
35 net hours per week (excluding meal break). 

Candidates may be required to work on weekends and public holidays.

Location: Territory-wide

Salary:
HK$24,060 per month (Starting from MPS Pt. 8; Commensurate with working experience; With annual reviews for increments and inflationary adjustments)
